Yes!
We are happy to accept two well behaved dogs at any of our properties. There are great local walks and beautiful dog friendly beaches along the Suffolk and Norfolk coast. Most pubs in the area are very dog friendly.
Each property has a private, secure garden.
We do ask that dogs stay downstairs, that they don’t go on the beds and that they are not left alone in the properties. If you wish to bring a dog(s) then you will need to inform us at the time of booking. There’s a dog page on the website with further details.

Yes – All bed linen and bathroom towels are included in your price. We also supply a towel bathrobe per adult at the properties with a hot tub.
If you’re planning a trip to the beach please bring your own beach towels.
We do not supply dog towels.

Yes – travel cots are available at all properties. We will supply a cotton sheet for the travel cot. You will need to bring your own baby blankets/sleeping bags.
We also have high chairs available.
Please tick the extras box when booking if you require a travel cot and/or high chair.
All properties have children’s books and toys available.
